day 32 blogger stuffed up on thurs?

Day 32 9/03

Using what God gave you!

Discover your shape

Begin by assessing your gifts and abilities

Look at ourselves, what am I good at? What am I not so good at?

I guess I can play guitar! So hopefully will join worship team in the near future, depends with things at home.

I’m only young I guess so there’s still ages to discover all the talents and stuff that God has given me, never to early to begin experimenting and seeing for yourself, (Outreach speech I must bring up again, maybe I can motivate some people J)
Discover gifts by getting involved with ministry.

Consider your heart and your personality

Getting feedback from others?

Examine your experiences and extract the lessons you have learned
Been Christian for about 2 months and a bit now, so basically I’ll be talking about everything about how God has worked in my life, since its not very long!
Maybe in a year, a “life review retreat” would be suitable, would be really interesting!
-Extracting lessons from experiences

Accept and enjoy your shape

God will always be right and knows best for us; we shouldn’t reject this and become someone else. Becoming the shape God has given only to you.

-Recognizing our limitations
-Boundaries
-DO NOT compare your ministry with others, or to conform to the expectations of others. They will both distract you!

Keep developing your shape
-Practice, utilizes the abilities and skills God has given to us. Develop our gifts.

Verse:
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth
2 Timothy 2:15

Q/A
Recognize, do not compare, utilize and develop.
