forgiveness part 2

anyway going on what mish and ron-e posted...
sorta a rudish statement i made so i will now make a big post about it hahaha

we live in a world where the general consensus is 'hey it's all about me, i want this i, i, i" fair statement? ok..um what am i talking about.. so again naturally, we're ALL inclined to be proud and always right...
now as ronnie says, we can have ways of growing out of this.. as mish says, she knows non-Christians who are more humble than her Christian friends...when i think of that, i can relate to that statement as well! ok where am i going...
hypothetically! (woot hypotheticals)
randomly... Bob is brutally murdered by a gang leader and the murderer is caught and trialed...now the mother of Bob knows that God has forgiven her unconditionally through Jesus' death... allthough initially feeling utter resentment and a need for revenge, realises she should follow God's example and just forgive....

now...the exact same happens with bobaree (coincidence) but his mother has neva heard the name Jesus in a good way and yeah... when she confronts the murderer on trial, she has no thought of forgiveness? she thinks, no-1 would forgive me if i did what he did so why should i forgive him...
hmmm..so was that relevent at all? or maybe the second mother finds a different way to forgive the murderer but it could be that much more difficult..
but yeh...just something to think about...
rephrasing that ugly statement in the other post:
man has grown up to be self centered and proud, BUT we can all grow out of this Christian or not.. Knowing what Jesus has done for us may help us grow out of this uniquely tho!
